Het Software-ondersteuningscontract biedt technische ondersteuning per telefoon (24 uur per dag/7 dagen per week), evenals alle software-updates die gedurende de looptijd van het contract beschikbaar komen, plus de ontwikkeling van ondersteuning voor SNMP-apparaten van diverse leveranciers. Voor elke aangeschafte InfraStruXure Central-server plus licentie is een apart Software-ondersteuningscontract vereist.
