Met Onsite Service komt, als de technisch deskundigen van Dell na externe diagnose vaststellen dat de situatie niet op afstand kan worden opgelost, een supporttechnicus op locatie, gewoonlijk binnen 1-2 werkdagen. Dit is support wanneer u deze nodig hebt, waar u deze nodig hebt. Voor uw gemak.
Dell adviseert ProSupport. Als u meer nodig hebt dan support tijdens normale bedrijfsuren, kunt u een upgrade naar ProSupport overwegen.
