De One Time Battery Replacement-service biedt drie handige manieren voor de vervanging van accu's waarvan de garantie is verlopen: zelfvervangende service, offsite-retourservice en onsiteservice. Onder elke optie wordt er één (1) vervangende accu verstrekt indien de laadcapaciteit van de oorspronkelijk aangeschafte accu daalt tot minder dan 50% bij normaal gebruik of als er falen van de cel optreedt voordat de grens van 50% is bereikt.[1]
